The Men's shelter is a 30 bed open bay providing a place of warmth, a plate of food, a plan for Hope, and a provision of clothing (if needed).
The shelter is an atmosphere of encouragement and respect.
The dormitories provide short term (60 Day Maximum) emergency shelter, meals, a change of clothing (as needed), personal hygiene items, laundry, bed & linens, encouragement and assistance to homeless men.
Admission is by application and includes an interview with a staff member. Examples of circumstances that may prevent admission are a background of violent felons, untreated or non-compliant emotionally disturbed individual, sexual offenders.
The residents complete tasks each morning and evening. They have a devotional in the morning and a chapel service in the evening.
Initial length of stay is 4 days.
If the resident has no drug/alcohol or disciplinary issues a 7 day extension is possible.
Check in time is from 6:00 to 9:00 PM daily.
