The Lighthouse is a biblically based residential program for men. Admission is by application and includes an interview with a staff member. Circumstances that may prevent admission are a background of violent felons, untreated or non-compliant, emotionally disturbed and sexual offenders and active users of drugs or alcohol. The program also requires the understanding and cooperation of family and loved ones for the program to have a chance to work.
The occupant will be required to attend a financial management class and biblical studies class.
The occupant must abide by the policies and guidelines; actively seeking employment; subject to unannounced drug testing or searches by Police Dogs.
The occupant will be required to participate in general housekeeping assignments.
The occupant will be required to establish a savings account and 60% of disposable income must go to and remain in their savings account until they can find suitable housing situation.
