​We would like to welcome you to The Haven Food Pantry. Our desire is to provide you food assistance, but we need some help from you. Please provide the following information when applying for assistance....

  In order to receive food assistance from the pantry you will need to provide the following:
     (a)  Proof of current address.  (e.g. utility bill)
     (b)  A photo identification card.
     (c)  The Social Security card for each household member.
     (d)  The food stamp approval or denial letter (showing under $500 in monthly assistance)
     (e)  Proof of income
     (f)  Must be at poverty level or below. (Click here for HHS 2019 Poverty Level Chart). 
           
                 The items listed in (a-f) above must be verified on each visit to the Food Pantry.

The Haven Food Pantry provides an approximate three day emergency portion of food to individuals in need.
